At Paycom, Joseph led the Midwest in new business revenue and has personally onboarded hundreds of businesses, guiding clients through every step from sales to implementation. His deep knowledge of the workforce management space and hands-on approach make him a trusted partner for businesses seeking modern, efficient solutions.
Joseph was motivated to build his own software solution after he saw large publicly traded companies taking advantage of small businesses. Between price gouging and inconsistent service, he was confident he could create a business that was more advanced, more affordable and faster than the industry standard. Joseph is passionate about building strong relationships with his customers and being a trusted advisor to businesses of all sizes.
