With experience at industry leaders like Paycom and Toast, he has successfully sold, implemented, and supported comprehensive time tracking, scheduling, and payroll systems for small to mid-sized businesses. At Paycom, Joseph led the Midwest in new business revenue and has personally onboarded hundreds of businesses, guiding clients through every step from sales to implementation. His deep knowledge of the workforce management space and hands-on approach make him a trusted partner for businesses seeking modern, efficient solutions.
Joseph was motivated to build his own software solution after he saw large publicly traded companies taking advantage of small businesses. Between price gouging and inconsistent service, he was confident he could create a business that was more advanced, more affordable and faster than the industry standard. As a former Senior Vice President at Wintrust Financial, he specialized in developing strategic, relationship-driven solutions for middle market businesses—from early growth through liquidity events. Mike's career spans leadership roles at top financial institutions including TCF Bank, MB Financial, and LaSalle Bank, where he consistently exceeded revenue goals, built high-performing teams, and pioneered innovative lending strategies. With an MBA from Northwestern University and a deep understanding of commercial lending, Mike is known for his trusted advisory approach and commitment to helping clients achieve long-term financial success.
